Owner and curator of Range Music NYC established in 2019. In 1979 Joe ran Downtown Records in NYC which was one of the premier sources for new progressive dance music for the top New York club DJ's. He was also influential with the music programmed on the top three radio stations in the early 1980's (WBLS, WKTU, WRKS). Joe does a weekly show on The Face Radio to premiere new music in the shop and promote upcoming vinyl releases. A weekly pop up and listening session is currently held at Haven Lounge.
